This is a six jack board for 1U modules but can also be used for 2U, MU and so on.  Please note the jack spacing is 0.900" vertical by 8.50" horizontal, so module panels will need to be drilled with these dimensions in mind.  It uses six Switchcraft 112APCX phone jacks and one 2x13 0.1" square-post male IDC header.
